As part of going fully digital in 2021, We now provide free electronic bookkeeping templates in Microsoft Excel. Free of charge to the end user to record primary transactions (income and expenses) electronically. E-books will reduce the pressure to bring in bills and documents by post or by hand.
This is not mandatory, but available when requested. Clients using some form of electronic recording will pay discounted fees compared to one without. We are also always at hand and happy to help you understand e-books.
As your businesses grows these free electronic books will give way to proprietary accounting system such as QuickBooks, Xero or easyBooks (see our Systems page). These proprietary systems comes with extra cost of implementation and support.
