- Log on to your online banking using a computer or laptop instead of a smart phone (most mobile banking do not offer transactions download)
- Look for transactions instead of statements
- Download/export transactions as one file instead of multiple files
- Enter the full date range requested instead of month by month dates
- Save as Excel or CSV instead of PDF
